Food/feed-grade, unbleached, crude sunflower lecithin

Crude sunflower lecithin is a natural phospholipid-rich extract obtained from sunflower oil during the degumming process. It is a non-GMO, allergen-free emulsifier valued for its excellent stabilizing, dispersing, and wetting properties. Widely used in food, feed, pharmaceutical, and industrial applications, crude sunflower lecithin serves as a key functional ingredient for improving texture, consistency, and process efficiency in a broad range of formulations.

Approx. one month from order date for approval sample. Commercial shipment lead times are within 10 days of sample approval.
